Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Afsar Enterprises, we deeply respect the trust placed in our mentorship programs. This Refund and Cancellation Policy clearly outlines the terms governing cancellations and refund eligibility across our educational offerings.

1. Free Educational Materials & Initial Masterclass

Our introductory digital skills masterclass video, initial orientation content, and exploratory consultation available on this website are provided 100% Free of Cost. Users are never charged or requested to provide credit card or payment information to view our free masterclass.

2. Paid Mentorship Batches & Cancellation Window

If a learner chooses to enroll in a premium paid mentorship program or dedicated 1-on-1 coaching cohort:

• Cancellation Request Window: A formal cancellation request may be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the official commencement of the cohort or within 5 days of enrollment, provided no personalized 1-on-1 strategy sessions have been delivered.
• Fee Reimbursement: Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request within the eligible window, the program fee will be refunded, less nominal third-party payment gateway transaction processing fees if applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be granted under the following conditions:

• Once personalized 1-on-1 mentorship sessions have been conducted and customized roadmap deliverables have been provided.
• Once proprietary digital frameworks, templates, outreach scripts, or tailored resource kits have been accessed or downloaded.
• If a learner fails to attend scheduled 1-on-1 sessions without giving at least 24 hours prior notice.
• Solely on the grounds that the learner decided not to execute the recommended frameworks or did not invest sufficient personal practice time.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request has been officially reviewed and approved by our administration, the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
