• All registration details submitted (including full name and contact information) must be authentic, current, and verifiable.
• Learners agree to maintain professional decorum across all communications, WhatsApp support groups, and consultation sessions. Abusive, defamatory, unlawful, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of mentorship access without recourse.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational curricula, masterclass videos, proprietary frameworks, text documentation, website graphics, and branding assets on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Afsar Enterprises. Unauthorized copying, downloading, screen recording, reselling, republishing, or distributing our proprietary content without explicit prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Independent Performance & No-Guarantee Clause

Afsar Enterprises provides training in skills and outreach frameworks. We cannot and do not guarantee specific income figures, client contracts, or financial returns. Individual student outcomes vary significantly based on personal aptitude, work ethic, market demand, and consistency of execution. 5. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal claim, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms, the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
